He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1986. While working as a General Surgery Specialist, he encountered the Magnetotherapy method, which led him to turn toward Traditional and Complementary Medicine methods. He subsequently began practicing and training in these fields.

He has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of ETUD, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Classical Homeopathy Association, and as a member of the Clinical Applied Hypnosis Association (KUHD). He also served as the Chair of the 2nd term of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Commission established under the Izmir Medical Chamber.

He is currently continuing his work in many areas of Traditional and Complementary Medicine.
