He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1991. In 2001, he was introduced to homeopathy, and in 2002, he was accepted on a scholarship to the European Institute of Homeopathy, where he completed the 6-stage homeopathy training program and earned the title of Homeopathy Trainer.

Dr. Buda also completed phytotherapy training and has participated in numerous national and international congresses and training sessions, delivering many presentations and publications. He is a member of several national and international non-governmental organizations, including the Classical Homeopathy Association.
