📌 Package Policy
1. Validity Period:
Use your lessons within these timeframes from the first session:
• 4 lessons – valid for 5 weeks
• 8 lessons – valid for 9 weeks
• 12 lessons – valid for 14 weeks
• 20 lessons – valid for 5 months
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• I’m pretty flexible, but please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• If you don’t show up and haven’t informed me in advance, the lesson will be counted and non-refundable.
• If something urgent comes up (like an emergency or illness) and you let me know before the lesson, you’ll be allowed to reschedule.
3. Package termination
• If you decide to terminate the package, the completed lessons will be charged at the standard rate (£50 per lesson). Any remaining balance for unscheduled or incomplete lessons will be refunded.
• If I decide to terminate the package, the completed lessons will be charged at the discounted package rate, and you will receive a refund for any unscheduled or incomplete lessons.
